1:1 Breakthrough session
This is our initial session - Ideally with one focused topic for the conversation, however as we move through we may find there is time to expand and shift the focus to something more suitable.
You'll leave with clarity, focus and reassurance alongside a practical action plan for your next steps!
Sometimes this is all my clients need, I have a skill for getting to the root in a short space of time, facilitating the breakthrough.
Ongoing support
This is to be discussed with the individual(s) as to requirements and the intention for my support.
6 week minimum duration of support.
In-person 'intensive'
This is 2 hours + session for deep, impactful growth and focus. We leave no stone unturned.
My clients have described these sessions as having experienced a rebirth. Leaving the sessions with newfound focus, direction, clarity and freedom.
