Engineering and Technical Consultant with Up24 SEVEN Services Ltd; although the company has recently formed, the staff here have around 15 years recruitment experience, coming from career backgrounds that include Engineering, Construction, Education, Healthcare and Telecoms.
I specialise in working with Engineering businesses across the East Midlands, supplying staff covering a wide range of specialisms, including machine-shop, welding, fabrication, maintenance, project management, design and many others besides.

With several years in the industry, I have an understanding of the skill sets required and the challenges that employers face within the industry to secure the right staff, especially for long-term positions.
As a consultancy, our contract and permanent recruitment packages can be tailored to suit specific client requirements, offering very competitive fees.

Covering temporary, contract and permanent placements. Our permanent terms of business also include a rebate/free replacement period of up to 12 weeks, depending on the vacancy being offered.
With regard to charging for our services, fees will only be payable once we have secured a successful hire. We can also offer a retained services fee.
