Our Website and SEO was initially built and managed by another company who promised us the earth, and failed to deliver. Now that we have Unity looking after our Website and SEO campaigns we could not be more happy. Thermal Integration are a manufacturer of heat interface units for district heating systems, central heating / hot water cylinders and thermal stores for integrating with renewable heating appliances. STC Teamwear is a custom-made sportswear brand with over 13 years experience within the design, manufacture and supply of all team sport match kit and off-field teamwear. Our product is great, the customer service is second to none and we always deliver on time but there was something missing. Operating in such a competitive industry requires us to be visible to a very wide audience across so many sports. We were concerned about the cost of a new website from the get-go but knew we needed to scrap our old one and start again. It didn’t help that we had quite a specific idea of what we wanted visually and functionally too.

When it came to development stage, Alix and Chris were so in-tune with our vision and found ways to improve what we already had in our heads. I set up my First Aid at Work Training business at the beginning of last year. I soon realised that a key to attracting customers and other companies and businesses to was to have a strong web presence. I chose Unity media as they were close to my location and explained to me the benefits of using them to enhance my profile on the internet and search engines such as Google using search engine optimisation (SEO).

They have assessed my website and made numerous suggestions to raise my profile. I get monthly reports explaining progress and at the same time also offer suggestions and advice (with my full consultation) before they make any changes. But the important thing is they have listened to what I want and ideas that I might have. If they don't think it will work, they tell me and advise what I should do. They have also written blogs and articles to keep the site fresh and updated it.

Really pleased that I have used Unity Media and look forward to working with them now and into the future.

Alex approached us and after a few meetings we decided to make the move away from are current website and SEO provider. In the past we have found website companies offer the world and often do not deliver but Unity online have delivered on everything we was told would happen. We have been with Unity since the start of 2017 and comparing the google anyaltics from the first 3 months of 2017 to the first 3 months of 2016 we have seen a 33% increase in traffic to are website and this has helped us hit are biggest monthly sales figures since we opened the business nearly 4 years ago.
