Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Our door lock had broken whilst shut and we were unable to use the door at all. Tom came round after hours for no extra charge to see what was wrong, quoted us there and then. 2 days later the part arrived and it was fitted within 15 minutes. Tom's main concern was the fire safety of the house with us having two young children and did everything he could to get the part as soon as possible. very good value for money and a lovely man. highly recommend!
