Efficient, on time, polite helpful

Umair the technician arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, thorough and honest regarding diagnosis of refrigerator problem, making practical recommendations.

Charged me £120 to tell me that my fridge was broken. I already knew that hence why I hired someone to fix it. He also broke the fridge light in the process which was the only part actually still working.

Hey, Alex. The £120 was a callout for your oven microwave and the fridge. The normal callout would have just been £75 if it was one appliance. Also, in regards to your fridge, you said to leave it all disconnected, including the door panels, so it's easier to put the replacement fridge in but now on the contrary you're reviewing otherwise.

Umair quickly repaired our 5 year old LG dryer. He was extremely polite and professional. He also vacuumed it out and oiled the rollers. We highly recommend his services.

Umair was hired to replace the gasket (the rubber seal around the door) on my washing machine as it had gone mouldy - the washing machine had no other issues prior to his visit. Following his visit, the machine sprung a big leak on its first cycle after he left. I'm sorry to say that I was disappointed by Umair's lack of professionalism during the follow-up - he suggested I contact Bosch, even though the gasket was ordered directly from them, and his tone was less than unhelpful. Even though he offered to return, I did not take him up on this as had lost confidence in him. Fortunately, another engineer was able to identify and rectify the flaws in Umair's installation. Despite the issues with his work, Umair declined to refund the call-out fee. This experience left me dissatisfied with his services and his approach to customer satisfaction. More...

Hey there again Lewis. As I told you previously I would have happily come back and realigned the door seal but after you tried to fix it yourself and caused it to leak as you took the seal off as you showed me on video is the reason a refund process could not be in effect as you taking the seal off isn't something I am liable for. On the other hand I would have happily come back and fixed it but you cancelled once I was on route.

Umair did a great job, fixed the problem and great communication when arranging times to go onsite.
