Tenant Finding
We do all due diligence checks on suitable applicants, together with a current home inspection so we can understand how the tenant lives.
Fully Managed Tenants
We do everything from collecting the rent to organising repairs and also ensuring your compliance with all tenancy laws and regulations. We send you your rent monthly with your statement and also produce a yearly statement for your accounts.
Repairs
We have a small team who carry our repairs on our properties and also preventative works where agreed. This service is available 24 hours to our clients and we have fully qualified Gan engineers, electricians and builders.
Property Refurbishment
We have a dedicated refurbishment team who cater for all needs from buy to let to buy to flip in all standards. We also source properties for investors that are suitable for investment and flips.
Property Sourcing
We do source properties generally within our own management as we do manage portfolios on behalf of banks, trustees in bankruptcy and LPA receivers so are often in a good position to advise and direct you towards heavily discounted BMV deals.
