What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people's transformations. It is amazing to be able to be along side people as they go through difficulties; sometimes the worst moments of their life and finding a way through.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am so fortunate to work as a Counsellor and I really wanted to be able to branch out and work independently.

I work remotely via zoom which means you can access therapy at a convenient time for you.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
There is anti-bacterial gel in the room, along with good ventilation. The rooms are spacious enough to be 2m apart if you would prefer.

If you have a specific difficulty with anxiety/depression/phobia's/Trauma to name a few. We can work using CBT techniques to help you to gain more awareness and seek to find methods to cope and improve your quality of life.
