I had a Reiki healing session with Nicola
Nicola came to my home well prepared with comfortable therapy bed and fragrance diffuser lamp.
Nicola has a friendly but reassuring professional approach.
This was my first ever Reiki session. I have often thought of having a taster session when I have visited mind body and soul events but been put off by the noise and distraction of the big rooms. I am so pleased I decided to have a full session in the familiar surroundings of my own home. Nicola has a gift to help and heal. The session begins with a guided mediative journey, I felt safe relaxed .Nicola then set about balancing my energy. Personally I was fully aware of where Nicola was working to balance my Chakra energies . I physically felt the imbalances when Nicola started the healing. I would recommend Nicola to anyone wanting to experience the healing power of Reiki .

What do you love most about your job?
I love that I am able to help clients in the areas of their lives that they feel most stuck & overwhelmed by. I am passionate about inspiring & empowering individuals to live a fulfilled life on their own terms.
I also love watching my clients transform their mindset & walk away feeling happier in themselves, inspired to act on their goals & achieve their dreams.
What inspired you to start your own business?
For all of my life I have struggled with feeling negatively about my own body & self worth.
After the birth of my child in 2020, I suffered with Post Natal Depression, PTSD & my body confidence, self worth & life satisfaction was at an all time low.
I managed to get myself back on top by digging deep into my own emotional tool-kit & as a result conquered my low self worth & body confidence issues which lead me to a more fulfilled passionate life & strong desire to help other people do the same.

Covid-19 changes have been made, all services are able to be offered online/remotely. Any in person meetings are with strict accordance to Covid guidelines in that area.
