Triada Building were very good to work with. They came and built a concrete base in my garden, for my CrossFit and Powerlifting home gym. They talked me through the costs and plan for the project, arrived when expected and even used a better grade of concrete to make sure the finish was better than expected. I couldn't ask for more. We Hired Triada to complete our Loft Conversion project as we wanted to add more space to our house. From the initial call all the way to the final day the loft conversion was completed I have to say they were extremly patient, proffesional, consistent and most all the project was completed within budged and on time. We love our new bedroom and it's given the house a new lease of life. A big thanks to all the team at Triada Building. I'll be doing my kitchen next.. so look out for a phone call from me . How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
As a general rule, 2.2m from floor to ceiling at its highest point is the threshold for undertaking a loft conversion. If your loft does not meet this requirement, it's highly unlikely you'll be able to raise your pitch roof, since councils very rarely grant permission to do that.
