How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Initially, it is important to understand my client's goals and also any difficulties they may have faced in the past to achieve their objective. I ensure to work out a very bespoke personal nutrition and fitness plan for my clients and encourage them on a very regular basis to keep up their efforts. I often utilise combat sports, such as kickboxing, boxing, cardio combat techniques within the fitness plan as it can be extremely effective, fun and addictive for my clients in order to achieve their goals. I make sure that my clients know I am available for them and can be approached in case of any hurdles and doubts they may face during their fitness journey. I strongly believe in me being professional and yet very encouraging with my clients will enable them to reach their fitness target.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency is key and to continue to remain determined and disciplined throughout the fitness plan. It is also important to anticipate any setbacks but that those setbacks can be rectified through positive attitude and continues effort throughout the workouts and meal plans.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that I am able to become part of my clients success in their fitness journey. Keeping fit, healthy and having a good body enables us confidence in all our other parts of our lives and the fact that I am able to encourage, support, and be passionate with them on their fitness journey means a lot to me. Fitness has also been my passion since my childhood and I would love to support others to create a healthy lifestyle and perhaps to even allow fitness and sports also become their passion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Fitness and Sports has not been just a hobby but my daily routine since my childhood, and I have supported throughout my life my friends to keep fit and get them into fitness and sports. My passion for sports and fitness also encouraged me to study Sports Sciences and Physical education, where I obtained a distinction in my degree. Since I have come to the UK, I could not imagine myself in any other profession than to work for myself as a fitness and combat trainer.

I am extremely professional, hard working and make my clients goals my own goals. Their fitness success becomes my own success and I pride myself in being this passionate and encouraging them into a healthier lifestyle. I provide very individually tailored fitness and nutrition plans for my clients to ensure it is truly achievable and well suited for each of my client's lifestyle.

Yes, especially since Covid I am able to provide fitness and combat training via zoom or any other online service my clients may prefer.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I ensure to disinfect all my materials that I bring with me at the personal training sessions and if indoors I wear a face mask.

Combat fitness trainer
I am a former Swiss Kickboxing and Muay Thai Champion with more than 40 fights on amateur and pro level. I have been training for more than 15 years and have a bachelors degree in sport sciences and physical education.
My clients include beginners, advance and pro fighter level. Your training session with me will be of high intensity and fun so that you reach your goal successfully. I provide high standard general fitness training as well as combat fitness training.
1 to 1 Fitness trainer
My training session can either take place at a fully equipped gym Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm in Hemel Hempstead or at your chosen venue providing all my material.
Group trainer
I have more than 10 years of experience in giving group classes or 1 on 1 training as a qualified personal trainer.
