5* I rang these guys after a traumatic experience with bed bugs last autumn and spending a lot of money & explained to them my concerns as my youngest son with autism had some bits I was really anxious was bed bugs. .these guys came as promised inspected my whole flat top to bottom so thoroughly I feel so reassured after a week of Jo sleep and worrying to night I feel confident & less anxious and my mental health in a better place cannot rate highly enough.left me with some traps to check for sure later on and a card to call of ever needed.a job well done will definitely call if ever needed safe in knowledge we are in safe hands! thank you!! :) More...

Toxic respond have been great from the get go... They saw a post of mine on Facebook showing bites on my 2yr old son and that we didn't know for 100% what they were from or where to find the bugs. They offered us a free inspection which found fleas in and around the home left by previous tenants. After sorting us with a great price they came out two days later and worked there magic around the whole of our house. Two weeks later and so far so good no more bite on our lil man and no fleas seen either. Very happy and would recommend them highly. Keep up the good work guys. 5* More...
