Being self employed, I’ve always found remortgaging quite stressful but this time, right from the beginning, I felt a lot more at ease knowing that I had Kevin to turn to. I like to get these things started well in advance and straightaway, Kevin was really clear about what we needed to do and put timelines in place so I was reassured of the process at every step. Even though we thought it would be a simple remortgage, it wasn’t the most straightforward so the flexibility of Kevin being able to come to us really streamlined the process, as he could speak to us both directly and give guidance on all the various bits of documentation that we needed to produce. As first time buyers we were so comfortable talking with Val at 3T finance. She was always so helpful and made sure to get us the best deal when it came to our mortgage. Not only did she deal with everything on the paperwork side of it but she was in contact with estate agents and mortgages lenders throughout. I was really pleased to have Mark on my side during the purchase of my new flat. He was really helpful at all times, very reachable at any time of the day, or the week. He always answered all my question and he was very responsive with all the queries and emails. He was in contact with my solicitors at all times and pushing them for the process to be smooth and on target. My wife and I were having so many problems sourcing the right mortgage provider and we were under loads of stress given that we are expecting our new baby too. Thankfully Prakash, has been amazing ever since we first contacted him. As first time buyers we had very little understanding of how to go about applying for a mortgage. Our friend recommended Mark from 3T Finance Solutions. He was so helpful in cutting through all of the formalities and helping us to decide which mortgage would be best for us. The process of finding the right house was very stressful and long as two times the seller backed out in the last moment. But Mark was there throughout that time and help us as much as he could with applying for new mortgages for potential new houses. Mark made the whole process so easy. Moreover, he helped us with the conveyancing team, house and life insurance too. I am so pleased with Mark, as for the first time, I felt someone who provides services like that, treated us with understanding and was really kind and helpful. Last year I worked very closely with a financial adviser Mr Parekh from 3t finance . I had never had the good fortune to work with such a calm and patient adviser who listened to my needs and tailored the information for my particular complex situation. This was an eye opening fact finding mission for me and I have learnt so much about remortgaging my property.
