Amazing builder.
Complex rear extension and 2 bathrooms plus full boiler/ re-wire/ re-plumb/ move drains/ new kitchen etc etc.
did all this in less than 3 months. In winter!
He works with very good plumbers, electricians, roofers etc.
a very very reasonable price too.
The extension looks like a flash hotel now….
And we lived in the house ( hard to believe, but it was OK) and he is a nice calm and collected guy.
Super honest and hard working.
Grab him before he gets snapped up by others.

Tim and his team did a fantastic job on our ground floor side return and extension. It was a complex project with several unforeseen requirements, and we also lived in the property with our 5 year old daughter for the duration of the project. Well what can I say…. Working with Tim and his team has been fantastic! From quotation to project completion, they have given me no trouble or headaches whatsoever. They completely renovated a house (and roof) I bought that was in desperate need of repair. They have been professional, trustworthy and have competed every task on my list on time and to a very high quality at a very reasonable price. As with all renovations you get unexpected issues - which were no problem from Tim and team. Who were good with the communication and managing my expectations.
