When removing the old units they took them outside and threw them on the grass. A lot of other rubbish was thrown on top of the including broken tiles and tile adhesive bags. I had previously asked them to place them neatly as someone was coming to buy them from me. When he turned up I lost the sale because of the state they were in.
Incorrect kitchen unit delivered so installation was held up. Wrong worktop installed, had to wait for delivery of the correct ones. Wrong sink installed, too shallow so again had to wait for correct one to be delivered. They hacked the sink unit up to install new sink. Taps installed wonky, they just twisted them to straighten them but broke them in the process so had to wait for new taps. Tilers were not too bad, But the main fitter disappeared, apparently to finish another job. I was left with two young lads who spoke very little English so making myself understood was difficult. One of the lads carried on with the tiling but arranged in it the wrong pattern, so had to remove, difficult to make him understand it was incorrect because of language barrier. I Asked them not to remove the wallpaper where the old cooker hood was, as I was going to emulsion it. However they still removed it. So I asked them to tile behind my new cooker hood as they had removed the wallpaper, they said they only tile around cooker hoods, which I said to them was silly as if I ever had to replace the cooker hood, the chances of it fitting in the untiled space was slim. They agreed in the end to tile it for me. Several areas of the tiling was untidy so they sent some one else to check it and correct it. My experience with tide was absolutely amazing right from the beginning when I met a lovely man name robywe chose items for my bathroom and the best way to do it then I met the fitters and was just amazing hard working fitters from being to the finish I would most certainly recommend them to anyone 1st class nothing was too trouble for them also very clean tidy workers so absolutely thumbs up cannot thankyou enough well done my bathroom just looks AMAZING 😀

Tide interior was very efficient from start to finish, always on time. Nothing was ever too much to ask, also offered great advice as I haven't the first clue about bathrooms or kitchens, but still let us make our own decision on the final look, like always was a few little minor issues but was always sorted with the minimal of fuss. The workers who where on site was always polite and clean. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a bathroom or kitchen to be fitted More...
