How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I am providing an individual approach to my clients( indoor, and outdoor training) and the program is based on their abilities and is tailored just for you. I would like to create permanent and sustainable healthy lifestyle habits so you can enjoy a better quality of life. My idea is to teach clients about the principles of different styles of exercises so they can do it themselves in the future.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
To find a sustainable healthy habit that you will be able to do with a feeling of constant achievement towards the body or skill you desire.
The secret is to do a continuous moderate exercise routine you will like with paying attention to food and water intake and rest, education, discipline, and effort are the keys!
What do you love most about your job?
I love teaching what I preach and live and I enjoy working with people and seeing them creating better lifestyle habits to have better health, body/mind, and quality of life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As I am training in different styles for more than 17 years I have realized that this is something I want to share with other people so they can also have experience of personal transformation.

I love what I do, I have different skills to share with clients so they can find what works for them.

I can provide my service remotely and online but would prefer to work one-to-one as I can correct clients during the session and properly explain why and how to do it.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am doing everything the government is asking us to do, following the rules and I am being reasonable and sensitive towards other people.
