My favourite go to hotel when visiting the sights of London. Great Breakfast and fantastic Staff. Really look after their repeat customers. The hotel was on lock down and guests only in and out of the hotel due to the terrorist attacks in London on the 3rd June, but good to know that they take security serious. More...

We stayed here last night for my partners birthday and it was lovely! Room wasn't very big but was comfortable. Very friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast this morning was good quality, and fresh. Only problem was I had a shower and the bath filled up due to a faulty plug, but a member of staff really quickly came to our room and rectified the issue. If you could serve alcohol for room service 24 hours that would be great! More...

I stayed for two nights and actually had a room on the 9th floor overlooking Kensington Gardens which was a lovely surprise. The hotel was clean as was my room. The food was a little disappointing the first evening but I really enjoyed the pasta I ordered on my 2nd night. I can't complain about breakfast. There was plenty to choose from. I'll hopefully visit again. More...

Great little place to stay. Rooms are kind of small but the breakfast is great with a lot of selections to choose from. Good location for catching the Big Bus line which picks up right out front. We would definitely stay again if we were to come back. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. More...

We stayed overnight for the British Summer Time Killers concert at Hyde Park. The double room was quite small but immaculate, and had everything we needed for our stay.
The bed was very comfortable, there was a tv, tea and coffee making facilities, wifi, and a beautiful ensuite with a double shower. We could even see our Ferrari in the car park. Breakfast was buffet style, perfectly cooked, presented, and plentiful. The staff were very attentive. We can't wait to stay there again , hopefully for longer next time.
(I lied about the Ferrari... we could see it.. but it wasn't ours!)

Stayed at Thistle Kensington Gardens in November 2015 and loved it! Very friendly helpful staff, very considerate after our long flight from Australia. This hotel is in the perfect location for the tube, buses out front and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby! We had a lovely King room on the 9th floor. We have just booked to stay in May 2018..our 30th wedding anniversary year! Really looking forward to our return visit! More...

Had my second visit this time and everything was fantastic, the only issue I had this time was that the cleaner came in at 8am whilst my family were waking up and getting dressed. Breakfast was second to none and I’d recommend it to anyone. More...

Very nice hotel, well-located in London city centre next to Kensington Gardens & Hyde Park and just around the corner from Notting Hill. Extremely friendly staff and a very good brasserie kitchen in the hotel’s own Brasserie. Highly recommended More...
