Had my windows and doors replaced with double glazing ones and they were done quite well, haven't had any issues besides the usual wear and tear with rubbers in the door needing replacing after a few years.

Mike fitted my kitchen to a lovely standard. Even with the Covid restrictions, Thermal fitted the job and kept me up to date if any delays. I'm cooking a lot more - no good for my waist, but very good for the house. I've now got my bathroom on order with them, can't wait 😊 Thermal has since fitted my bathroom and again I'm so happy with the finished job. I have just had the whole of my rear garden flagged with indian stone. I cannot recommend these guys enough. The lads on sight were excellent and went above and beyond. They had to remove two large trees along with stripping our decking and grass and nothing was too much trouble. Their work ethic was excellent and even carried on working through snow/rain and wind!! Excellent service, highly recommended. My Mum (89) has had 3 jobs done by Thermal Home Improvements over the las few years. A new front door, a small upstairs front window and 3 replacement upstairs back windows. Each job was finished within a day and the workmen were respectful and efficient, cleaning up after themselves. Martin, (who came for the initial chat, quote and measuring) was friendly, polite and respectful. The office staff were also a pleasure to speak with. Extremely disappointed. SCUMBAGS!!! the owner off company came to my mother and FATHERS house age (83). Pushed them so hard into purchasing new windows and doors and a driveway. £25,000 deal. With a 3k deposit. My mother and father where in extreme shock told me he wouldnt leave the house after multiple times asking. Hi, my work colleague Ally gave us their number as she has had work from them a couple of years ago. I'm so so happy with how the back looks - way better than the mess I had before. I have all new grass and a huge patio now. Told the girls in work to get a quote if they need anything doing too. Thermal Home Improvements came to replace our windows yesterday (27/11/20), but they had mis-measured and one window was the wrong size. They did not check this until after they had taken the existing window out, leaving a large hole in the side of the house in late November. In addition they have left a terrible mess, broken glass everywhere. I have never seen any job done so appalling badly as this. If they make good and come back to rectify all these problems quickly, this review will be updated to reflect that. ******************* Update: The final update to this review is that THI Put much more effort into not giving us a very small discount given what they had put it through, they did in to rectify the problems in the first place. I would avoid this company like the plague. ******************** Second update: In response to the business owners response - I'm afraid you had your chance to respond at the time and you failed to do this. Your offer to sort it is too little much too late. Thermal Home Improvements have the worst customer services and they are pathological liars and not fit for purpose. To start with the construction of my conservatory was a nightmare with most of the time chasing them up to make completions. With them subcontracting means jobs are never completed on time. Standard of work s just suboptimal. After service card is very poor. Even though my conservatory comes with a free 10 year guarantee to get issues rectified was like squeezing water out of a stone. The after care service team headed by Dave are the most disrespectful, disregardful, uncaring, deceitful and arrogant people you can deal with. I regret ever using them. I am advising all Merseysiders never to engage them in any project. Once they secure a contract they mess up with your intelligence without any shame at all. Never ever again!! More...

Work was done on my property in March 2022, the rubbish was not removed,the guys dumped rubbish from the gutters in my planters which resulted in killing off majority of my plants. Crack in soffit/ facia Have been reporting via their Facebook messenger and sent pictures . Still awaiting a response !!!!! I would not recommend this company due to poor customer service etc . We had a composite front door fitted back in 2018. We have personally had no problems with thermal home improvements. The sales man came out with plenty of brochures to look through gave us a quote, he wasn’t pushy at all & a we arranged a date for the door to be fitted. Since fitting the door THI have been out once to readjust the door but this was arranged with absolutely no issues at all. More...

Never use this company if you value your sanity.if I could rate as 0 stars I would but had to put 1 to register my opinion. I had 2 bathrooms fitted in April 2021 and had problems after a fortnight. It is now September 2021 and they have been back 8 times. They do patch up jobs to make the toilet flush for a week or two and in 5 months have never got to the bottom of the problem. There have been a fair few times when they haven’t turned up or called me back after stating they would. I called and spoke to David ( who is pleasent) and explained the toilet had overflowed and my bathroom floor was covered in waste and it was now coming through my kitchen and living room ceiling. It was stated they would call me in 3 days time to discuss it which I don’t believe is good enough. This company delivered terrible customer to me service. I found at times Andy and Anthony in the office could be rude. Do not use them! I have now paid a plumber who was recommended who found the drop on the soil pipe was not at the right decline so there was waste sat in the pipe causing a blockage. It took no time at all.
