I did my Reiki Level 1 and 2 with Jo in Summer 2017 and was very impressed with Jo's professional standard of training coupled with her welcoming demeanour. The course was held in her beautiful home and was very relaxed and informal. The workshops were run at a great pace, with plenty of practical time to try out our new skills. I was one of Jo's first students and did my Reiki Level 1 with her, along with my husband. We both absolutely loved the course. Jo was very professional and made us feel welcome. She patiently answered all of our (many!) questions and made the learning experience really fun. The course equipped us with a skill that we still use regularly. I'd really recommend learning Reiki with Jo if you're in London and looking to learn more about this area. She also makes amazing cakes by the way, in case you need more reason to do her course! I had an instant connection with Jo when we first spoke. I did my level one in January and found it to be a great introduction into Reiki. I wanted to spend some time practicing before I did the second level. I did this a couple of months later. Jo's home was a lovely space to learn & practice. Jo is the most carrying and lovely Reiki teacher that I have ever met. She will teach you the Reiki and it's power on the best way ever. You will learn the origins of Reiki and how to use the power. She really care for her students and help them to go step by step in the process of becoming a Reiki practitioner.
I am so grateful to have her around me even 3 years after my training with her.

I attended Reiki Master Jo Giles’ level 1 and level 2 Reiki course in the first quarter of this year. The setting is very inviting and warm and class sizes are intimate (up to 6 people per level). Jo’s inimitable approach to rendering esoteric subject matter in a genuinely pragmatic and practical manner in every day life is commendable. Jo speaks passionately and fluently about the evolution of Reiki and fills her well structured all-day courses with an abundance of practical exercises pre and post-attunement which allows all participants to harness the newly acquired Reiki energy right off the bat. Jo’s culinary skills and cake baking add to the whole experience! Following the courses Jo has made herself available to all her Reiki students via social media and email whenever questions arise or guidance is sought especially when working through the Reiki case studies. She is patient and articulates her responses clearly. Jo Giles’ level 1 and level 2 Reiki courses have motivated and inspired me to be a practitioner and I am so grateful to her. Very professional and passionate about Reiki.Even after the course whenever i needed help she was there to answer any questions and help with my case studies.
