Little steep for anything but an occasional meal, but smashing location and good service. Bit unsettling being crammed in with a group booking divided by a thin veil of fabric. Had a really nice steak.

The Waters edge seems like a very nice little family run place and we received a very warm welcoming by the staff. We have booked for a wedding ceremony there and everything just seems perfect for us. Attended a great wedding reception on the 7.10.17, the staff were welcoming and well organized. The venue was decorated beautifully, and although not a large room it was spacious enough for everyone to be seated comfortably, the atmosphere was fantastic.
The food service was organised really well table by table, each dish came out hot and tasted delicious, as evidenced by the guests on table's next to us as well as ourselves. The staff and chef were also able to accommodate a few alternatives for those with specific dietary needs.
Thank you so much for helping make a fantastic day so amazing.

We visited on a Sunday afternoon/evening and had a wonderful time.The 'Sunday menu' is very good with plenty of choice.We ordered starters and mains.
All the food came out nicely presented and with not too long to wait,nor in between courses either.Roast lamb and pork was our choices.Cooked nicely and good size portions.If you like Ribeye steaks,in my opinion,they do the best ribeyes here.
A really nice place to visit,highly recommended.

Me and my wife stayed over for a night and its a lovely venue. Being on the canal being good views, a relaxed and calm environment, and its nice and quiet. The room was small, being an converted outhouse, but it was clean and modern.
