We recently received impeccable service from The Rat Catchers recently. On what is supposed to be the last day of good weather this year, I was able to confidently sit in my back garden quietly without having to keep an eye open for ever confident rats! I also feel happier about my children playing in the back garden. We have had no signs of rodents since our last visit.We were visited by John, who really was a credit to the company, he was extremely professional, informative and also discreet. I felt he went out of his way to help eradicate the problem, locate where the problem might be coming from in the first place and could answer all of the many questions I had. I also appreciated him phoning me back promptly on the occasion that I had a rat staring at me from the garden! His advice then really helped and put my mind at rest. We were advised about general garden maintenance and what to do to discourage the rats. We are now rat free!To the Rat Catchers, Sharon and John... I do hope I never have to contact you again! Excellent service! The technician who arrived at the set time, did such a thorough job and explained everything so well. I was really stressed out, when we discovered we had rats in our house, but he checked our drains, put bait down and sealed up all the entry points. We haven't seen anything 'ratty' in our home since. The customer service of this company is so great. The lady on the phone really knew what she was talking about and managed to calm me down right away. I knew we were in good hands when I first spoke to her, she was very honest and informative then when the pest controller came over, it was confirmed that we had chosen the right company. Excellent service and very professional. I contacted the Rat Catchers to destroy a wasp nest in the roof of our summer house. With two young children, a cat and rabbits running around the garden, we just couldn't take the risk of having a wasp nest there. John was very professional and explained the process of destroying the nest and the aftercare to make sure my family and pets were kept safe. I called up the rat catchers as we had a rat chop through into a cupboard. Within 2 hours of my call they were round my house and were able to fix the issue. If you would like your home to be free of mice l would definitely highly recommend this company - they are worth every penny! The first person l spoke to was Sharon, their customer service advisor, who was very friendly and professional - she gave me a very detailed account on the whole process and also sent it via email. John - the technician, who is lovely came to my home and he did a really good job. He did a thorough investigation and told me where they were coming into my home. After his explanation, he started the treatment which involved treating inside the walls, blocking any holes and laying down poison. John has 17 years experience and it showed - he gave my some invaluable tips/advice and recommendations. He will return for a 2nd visit to check progress. So far l haven't seen any mice. We've had several pest control companies out to deal with, what seemed to be a recurring rat infestation in our house. The pest controller that attended was very polite, friendly and knowledgable. He did a thorough inspection and found that the source of our rat problem was a damaged drain part. After spending so much money with other companies, I wish I'd called the rat catchers first. They were the only company that inspected our drains and put an end to this ongoing problem. Once we had Thames water fix our drain, the rat problem was solved and the proofing and baiting the rat catcher did inside our house killed all the rats that were living in there. he even removed the dead bodies on the second visit.
