I am extremely enthusiastic and passionate about health and fitness. I have been a Personal Trainer for over 5 years, delivering 1-1 PT sessions, as well as classes. 

I like to incorporate a lot of resistance training in my sessions, which has proved to be effective in weight loss, toning, muscle building and gaining strength.

I have been incredibly fortunate to work with Kay for the last two months. I began my wellness journey because I was borderline diabetic and both my cholesterol and blood pressure were creeping up.

I decided to take control of both my diet and introduce a fitness regime that suited my lifestyle, age and fitness. I have lost 6 kg in two months and I’m still not bored or finished yet.

The lessons are fun, varied and full of energy and I recommend Kay to anyone.

Yes, not everyone can get to the gym or feels conformable training at the gym. For this reason i also provide mobile/online services to make it more convenient and comfortable for clients.
