Rudi is fantastic!!
After only 5 sessions so far, I already fit much better into my t-shirts.
Rudi has a lot of knowledge on different exercises/techniques/stretching etc. that he guided me for what I needed as an individual. He brings all the equipment so all you have to do is turn up.
He pushes you to get better and I can see improvements already in my stamina and strength.
Along with breathing exercises, home remedy routines, he cares about your improvement and is easy to get along with.
Rudi is 100% recommended.

Personal Trainers

Rudi is a PT I would recommend to all my friends and family. He has a lot of experience as a PT and in particular disciplines and it clearly shows in the sessions he prepares.
