What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our surveyors will keep a safe 2-metre distance during inspections where possible.
We recommend that all doors and windows are kept open during inspections to allow airflow. We will ensure we minimise the need to touch any surfaces during the inspection and we will be sanitising our equipment both prior to and after inspections as our staff and client’s safety is paramount.

Party Wall Agreements
The Party Wall etc. Act 1996 has origins dating back to the Great Fire of London. The Act having received Royal Assent was introduced to English law on the 1st July 1997 and imposes the rights and responsibilities of owners who intend to carry out notifiable works. The Act specifies the works that fall within its scope and this will be explained below.
