I’ve had pain in my left arm off-and-on for the past year. Saw a GP who told me it was a strain and should wear a support brace for 10 weeks. Tried that but it came back worse than ever. Went to see Martin and he took just a few sessions to trace the problem back to an elbow injury I had 15 years ago and completely fix it. Just need to keep the recommended exercises going.
