How long have you been in business?
We have worked in the Private healthcare sector for over 30 years. Victoria Gibbs-Taylor previously worked as a registered manager for 17+ years for leading healthcare brands across the UK. Katharine has worked in healthcare recruitment, marketing and head of operations for 14 years for a leading UK provider of live-in care along with a group of healthcare businesses

What do you love most about your job?
Changing people's lives and providing a service we are proud of. We love being able to support our clients to continue to lead a fulfilled and enriched life in their own home. Whether that is our elderly clients requiring live-in support or busy families who need an extra pair of hands to make their home run smoothly, we truly enjoy making a difference.
We also love seeing our staff happy and enjoy their roles and take time to get to know both our team members and clients to ensure that both are well matched and enjoy one another's company.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In our old roles, we felt that care has become too cold and we were no longer providing care we felt proud of. Like so many others, the company we were working for was taken over by an investment firm and their ethos didn't match ours and what we thought good care, and a good service looked like.
We thought we could do so much better for people than this. People need real people who listen to them and get to know them, and when there's an investor calling the shots, we just don't feel like that happens. We have seen first hand the difference that the right partnership between customer and carer can make, and that's what we want to do for our local communities.

We are real people who truly care about the service we provide, our customers, and our staff. We offer round-the-clock support, ongoing and honest communication and are always happy to help.
We have a wealth of experience in the sector and truly understand what good care and support looks like. We pay our staff fairly whilst ensuring we remain affordable (often cheaper than leading brands) for our clients.
