Although this hotel has amazing views looking over the bay and Pendennis castle . The interior needs to be refreshed as a little drab . The staff were attentive and friendly but looked a bit scruffy in appearance. I booked a massage for my husband and myself for a birthday treat but the therapist was very young and had a lack of enthusiasm and the hot stone massage started off very hot then when I commented on this it was then only Luke warm and reduced the purposed the intention they were for . When I asked about products being used again very vague and lacking in professionalism. More...

So today I met with the amazing and beautiful Lauren Cooke who is a wedding planner at the grand, She has been amazing so far and has put my mind at ease about planning our wedding. She spent a dedicated amount of time sitting and going trough everything to show what can be done to have the wedding that we want. She laughed and joked and made myself and my friends feel comfortable and I’m looking forward to going and meeting with her again. Thank you Lauren ❤️ More...

Beautiful hotel nestled off Castle St. Tons of character, stunning views, perfectly located (within a 5mn walk to Falmouth Docks train station and an easy 10mn stroll to the town centre) Outstanding customer service:(Receptionists, Porters, bar/coffee lounge/ & restaurant staff. Equally outstanding breakfast buffet. And above all: one the most peaceful, most quiet and serene hotel I have stayed at. Highly recommend and will most definitely return. More...

The Hotel is a traditional treasure. The spa facilities are the perfect size. The quality of the Dining a very pleasant surprise, all our meals have been of a high standard. But it is the views from our room and the lounge/dining rooms that makes this an exceptional location. All the staff are happy and professional. More...

Stayed 4th October, checked out 5th. The staff were wonderful and really took great care of me. I have Parkinson's and when i get tired, things become difficult. Anyhow, they put grab bars in the toilet for me plus placed a specialist stand my the toilet so that i would be able to get on and off easily. Nothing was a bother to them, a great hotel to stay. Im not one for doing many reviews but I felt I should write a quick little something after our wedding earlier this month. Right from the first meeting, Lauren looked after us ensuring all of our hopes and dreams came true, even down to getting the kitchen to make the grey stuff for us, simply put, nothing was too much trouble. Lauren, you simply are awesome at your job and we truly appreciate everything you did for us. Once the day arrived, ALL of the staff were so supportive, friendly and attentive to all of our guests needs. The food was lovely, the Devonshire room looked stunning and everyone has said what a lovely venue it was with an amazing group of staff. Your wedding day is always going to be a memorable day but the team at the grand helped to make our day magical and we cannot thank you all enough. More...
