We've been visiting The Bucket List for years and, up until a few weeks back, we were addicted! I dunno whether it was the guy making them, a change in supplier or the delightful increase in everything that we're all suffering having an impact on the quality of stock but it wasn't great! Everything was cooked within an inch of it's life and toppings lacked flavour like they were cheap which the tubs most definitely aren't. It also seems that the Cromer shop has a real lack of options so with the upcoming opening of Sunny Hunny I can't wait to see more. Maybe just an off day, which we all have, just made this place a bit meh now! Gutted! More...

Really disappointed today at 4.30 at Cromer, no one waiting, food waste all over the floor of the shop, the counter, and serving table, stood like lemons for 5 minutes waiting before even acknowledged with her chatting on her phone. We ordered chicken pie bucket, lovely, hybred bucket without barbecue sauce and kids cheese/bacon bucket no sauce. Got ho me to find hybred bucket ruined by barbque sauce and cheese/bacon kids bucket ruined by barbque sauce as well. Unedible as neither like barbque sauce. Couldn’t be bothered to take them back for a replacement as I didn’t know they would know how too. Wasted money when as regular customers we were always happy. What a shame, needed a grown up in the shop to keep on top of bad service,cleanliness and correct orders. Jill smith loyal customers until now. More...

Absolutely disappointed approximately time to get your order is 1 hour (we waited about 2 hours ) for 3 x chips with toppings.
card payment only so you cant change your mind . After 2 hours waiting the chips were overdone

Great food and great service tonight outside the orchard in north walsham!! Got me a guest bucket - it was loaded!!!! Probably could of fed 2 adults.
Didn’t have to wait long at all considering there was a few people there all ordering at the same time the two young girls smashed getting the food out quickly and presented well!!
Definitely be back again (and again!)

I was a little disappointed to be honest, there is so much hype about these but I was really underwhelmed. I don’t think I’ll get one again.
Had a BBQ bucket and literally tasted no BBQ sauce, just smothered in garlic Mayo, hardly any actual pieces of bacon either. Disappointed, underwhelmed and annoyed! Don’t waste your money, hugely over priced for just some frozen bag chips.

Went to the Rackheath Fireworks last night and honestly the chips were a million times better than the fireworks!! The queue was very long and we did wait a long time, but the girls were working absolutely flat out and still served everyone with smiles and laughter, despite the numerous issues with the card machine and cash flow.
The chips were delicious as always, really warmed us up and put some life back into my very hangry boyfriend.
If visiting one of their pop-ups, please be prepared to queue! We’re all allowed out after the last 20 months so of course things are going to be busy and businesses might not be as prepared until they get into the flow of things!
Highly recommended as always, and remember to get in early!

Have tried the bucket list on numerous occasions and has been tasty however overpriced. Tried to attend a pop up last month and the queue was extremely long so gave up. Tonight I attended the fireworks where I joined the queue as soon as we arrived. Stood in the queue for an hour and a half to arrive at the front and be told they have ran out. There was a full queue behind me. Was told they cannot hold stock on a small trailer. Such poor service when they could just work out how much they can serve and stop the queue before it got too long. Waste of my time and I am never bothering going to anywhere chip buckets are ever again as they are way too hyped up and cannot then serve the customers that they try to get there and then turn away, very poor. Very disappointing and should do better when it’s just frozen chips with a few prepared toppings put on the top. More...

Visited Holkham food fair today, I stood in the Q for 20 minutes to be 3 people away from the front and told they had sold out.
They continued to serve even after I asked if they were sold out?! We then asked again if they were re serving and explained that we had been in the Q previously, we were told to get to the back! When they re opened the Q we stood in it again for a second time to then be 2 from the front and told they were sold out!!!
Our picnic blanket was positioned close to the trailer and they STILL continued to serve?!!!

so much hype about this place, been looking forward to it until today. £9 for two basic pots of cheap frozen chips, small bits, very overcooked, hollow and greasy with a few dried overcooked bits of bacon on top, 15 minutes of waiting with no queue. binned most of it, never been so dissapointed or paid so much for a little tub of burnt cheap frozen chips... disgusting More...

We were really looking forward to visiting the bucket list whilst on a day trip to Cromer! Agree with one of the more recent posts, toppings are decent but the chips are far from the best, was surprised to see these were frozen in the first place but were then so over cooked causing them to be hollow and quite greasy! Disappointing!

Visited the bucket list yesterday and waited in the queue. It was fairly long but we expected that considering everyone raves about their chips. We stood in the queue for just over half an hour before a girl shouted out the door that ordering is to the right of the shop. We assumed that the long queue was the ordering queue as we didn’t see a sign. It wasn’t until we walked to queue the other side to order that we saw the smallest sign in the window that was hidden behind the queue. No wonder we didn’t see it. We explained the situation and stated that we had been waiting now for 40 minutes and that it would have been longer had she not have shouted out the door and we were told we’d have to wait another 20 minutes after ordering, only that 20 minutes lasted 60 minutes instead! Many other people were in the same situation, not seeing the small notice about where to queue. They were so busy and we totally understand how much pressure they were under especially after being told that the manager wouldn’t hire anyone else!! There was only two young staff members dealing with a queue of 60+ people!! For our first visit, it wasn’t the best and there’s room for improvement. The manager could start with hiring more people to work one of the busiest weekends!! More...

Never had a problem here, apart from today. Just went to get my BBQ, mozzarella & aioli chips, had it covered in foil, drove home, and there’s not a single drop of aioli on them 😢😢
