How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
I believe that good things in = good things out.
If you want to perform at the highest level you have to fuel your body accordingly.
I also however, believe that life is for living, it is very easy to build a resentment towards a highly restricted diet.
If plan to have that extra dessert, that’s fine. Just ensure you’ve earned it and your taking it into account for your weekly training load

Everyone’s goals are not the same and everyone’s starting point isn’t either.

Dream of being content.

Work daily on putting the best version of yourself forward and working hard for it.

Meeting people from all walks of life, learning how to advance myself and taking on new challenges with people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I didn’t want to be restricted by the close minded conveyor-belt structure of commercial gyms.
