Good Morning Ann, I'm sorry you felt the need to leave a 1 star review when I was not able to come to complete your clean. Letting anyone down is not something I like to do but at the same time I will not take chances when it comes to protecting my client's, staff or my family and I though you would have appreciated that being a vulnerable person yourself. I was right to not come as it was my husband that had tested positive and I tested positive too the following day. I wish you all the best and continue to stay safe. Unfortunately didn't work out for us. Discovered that the rotational deep cleaning was subject to restrictive conditions which meant that even occasional cleaning of things like wardrobe tops and central light shades was refused. Had assumed that pretty much all household fittings, fixtures and furniture could be cleaned, if only annually. No major complaints with the work that was carried out however, other than a rather heavy use of the steam cleaner on some wooded areas. So on the whole can recommend and on the whole I'm sure your house will be kept sparkling clean! More...

Many thanks for your response, We thank you for your business so far in regards to the service you have been receiving, all of which has been in accordance with the cleaning plan and tasks to which you agreed to prior to cleaning commencing. You did ask this week if the additional tasks below could be include. Whilst considering your request we had to consider, 1. If could allow more time to complete these task's but more importantly weather it would be safe to clean the central light's (due to high ceilings) as it breaches the heights we would be allowed to climb for insurance purposes. 2. Tops of the kitchen wall cupboards and wardrobes as not all furniture in the home was secure or safe. Before we had come to a decision on this you had already decided to cancel so I did not have a chance to refuse as you said we had. In regards to the heavy use of the steam cleaner you mention on some wooded areas (kitchen cupboards) this cleaning process was only used to lift away the heavy build up off grime/grease so as not to use strong chemicals as the steam process uses water alone and you can see from the before & after pictures I took that the cleaning process only lifted away the ground in dirt and grime that had been built up over a long time. At this date preliminary discussions and negotiations carried out and agreement reached with Mandy, not actually used service as yet. Found the procedure very professional, comprehensive and easy. Target for actual cleaning to start early July following some readying of the property. Very pleased with arrangements and pricing for whole house cleaning with deep cleaning of areas on a rotating basis, fortnightly. Convenient digital payment system also arranged. No cleaning taken place as yet, just negotiated an arrangement on June 12 to start later, hopefully early in July all being well. Understood that confirmation will be needed prior to starting in these uncertain times. Contact with Ty Glan has been entirely positive with easy discussions with Mandy and very good value quotation for the comprehensive cleaning schedule described. Looking forward to the actual service taking place and hope it will be at our preliminary target date. So have not as yet actually used this company but got a speedy response on posting on Bark and very impressed with the comprehensive, friendly and professional approach. How long have you been in business?
Ty Glan Cleaning Services has been in business just over two year's now and has gone from strength to strength and I'd like to think that is because we deliver a great service.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We provide all cleaning products, equipment and PPE.
Each client we go to gets a fresh clean set of colour coded cloths/mop heads for each property we clean.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being my own boss and being able to hire local people and build the business, but most of all I love the satisfaction of a job well done.
Being able to help our clients keep their homes or business clean, hygienic and safe is what it's all about.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to build a business that me and my family could be proud of and something which could be my own.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a fully insured company, all staff are uniformed, trained, DBS checked so you know your in safe hands when you hire us for your cleaning service.

All our staff members clean in full disposable PPE for the protection of all plus we use antiviral disinfectant on all high touch areas which is effective against all enveloped viruses including Coronavirus.
