Within hours of reporting in that we had no hot water in the cold weather, Synergi got an engineer to visit and fix the problem the same day! We first got in contact with Synergi in 2021 to organise changing our heating system at home. We had a large project to manage, with little experience. Richard and Ameana were approachable professional and knowledgeable which put us at ease during what was a stressful time. I want to highlight how time and finance critical this turned out to be, trying to hit the dates with grants available at the time. Synergi were flexible and worked very hard to make sure everything ran smoothly and to schedule. The heating engineers were friendly, engaging and communicated well. I trusted them 100% to work in our home, I feel that I can and will recommend this company to anyone. We will be using Synergi for the rest of the alterations needed on our home, thank you all. We had an Air Source Heat Pump installed by Synergi in the summer and we've left it until after winter to leave a review to ensure its had a good test. The installation was part of our self build project which included underfloor heating and radiators upstairs all of which were supplied and fitted by Synergi. We had several quotes for this project but from the start Richard made the process very simple. If it wasn't for Richard we would have likely ended up going for an LPG system which would have cost us a small fortune this winter. In our first winter the house was a warm 21 degrees even in the snow and the heat pump has been providing us with a SCOP of 4.0 which means its 400% efficient. Was asked by this company to leave a review and to be honest I’m more than happy to do so. Had a new boiler fitted before Christmas as our packed up. Looked on Google and got loads of calls from loads of company’s but Hannah at Synergi was able to help me over the phone, send me a survey form to complete and then within two hours I had a price. I generally just had a got a good feel. The people I spoke to were friendly, the quote was well presented and the fact they answered the phone and answered my questions was spot on. The engineers did the job in just under two days which for a tricky installation was really positive. The chap as his apprentice didn’t stop all day! I would just like to express my gratitude to Simon, for all his hard work yesterday. He came to install 2 new radiators at my house, but ended up having to spend longer removing large quantities of air that had built up in the system. Having recently moved into our new home, we had a number of issues we needed help in sorting out with our Biomass based heating system. We were recommended Synergi SW by are new neighbours as being the best company to use for heating problems. Greg came out and quickly determined what the potential issues were, ordered the parts and fitted them all very quickly. Problem solved. incredibly poor after sales service, can tare up to a month to get a reply and eventually when you do get one they start pointing the finger at each other. Cant reccomend them under any circumstances, even if they do a good installation you wont be able to get any followup service. avoid them Just read their reply, they were going to come back with a quote the next day but never received it. Booked an appointment 3 weeks ago to have our boiler serviced between 2 pm and 3pm today. Took time off work and emptied the airing cupboard in preparation. Engineer didn't turn up, no communication from anyone. We phoned them at 3.00 pm to be told that they would contact engineer and phone us back. Waited 30 mins phoned again only to be told that the engineer had gone to another job. No communication unless chased up and a wasted afternoon. We had to have a new boiler as the one we inherited with the house was old and broken. Synergi was duly booked. They arrived on time and put the boiler in. They worked very hard and it was a full day as we had to have a vent into the roof. It was raining on and off all day and this did not help. But I was very impressed with the work done and would not hesitate to recommend Synergi to anyone who needs a new boiler. They took every bit of packing with them and cleared up as they went. We have recently had roofing works take place, unfortunately there was an issue with the boiler flue making the boiler unsafe, Synergi plumbing attended within two hours, immediately making the boiler safe. Returning promptly the next working day to complete the repairs. At all times the engineers were professional and polite, even sending text messages to keep us updated. I am the kind of idiotic character who angrily throws away the remote for the boiler when buying a new property thinking it was part of the huge pile of junk left by the previous owners of my new house. Upon realising my mistake I consulted with Synergi who recommended that I look to install a Hive. I'd not heard of Hive before but was assured it could be installed to my boiler and that after installation, I'd be able to control the heating on my Smart Phone or Alexa device. I was surprised to see also that the Hive unit itself was a comparable price to replacing the old and less versatile remote! When the engineer turned up, he not only turned up with the Hive but with a replacement remote just in case it wouldn't work which struck me as the kind of forward thinking service I wish other companys would comply to. I now view this situation as a blessing in disguise because had I not thrown away the remote, I wouldn't now be able to turn the heating on before I get home from a long few days away and I wouldn't be able to turn it off if I forget while I'm out. I have a holiday rental in Devon and had to swap a washing machine at short notice. The delivery company AO.Com refused to install the item ( too difficult). So I called Synergi and they came to the rescue- within less than a day, they had attended at the property, swopped out the washing machine which was integrated, removed the old machine and disposed of it.
