What do you love most about your job?
I have a real passion for what I do. I enjoy the mental gymnastics of achieving growth, both by training individuals and by guiding a company to reach its true potential.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be part of the change I wish to see within my areas of specialisation. Too many training programmes in sales take a 'one size fits all'approach when the reality is, each product or service is different and requires a different approach.
With Management training I have seen individuals who have been outstanding performers as team members stagnate as managers due to a lack of both training and confidence. I believe in 'Leading to Inspire' and my management training takes a somewhat holistic approach of working with the delegates as managers but also as people. This helps them learn about themselves as well as their role.
