Studio November is a Interior Design & Interior Architecture Studio based in London and the Cotswolds, we are able to offer clients a full range of services from initial conceptual design studies and presentation drawings to help you through the planning process, to detail design, construction and project management on site. We also provide a full interior design service.

What’s your interior design process?
Stage 1 – Exploring the Brief
- Through an initial telephone call we learn to understand your requirements to help us understand your project and what you want.
- From here we will require photos or plans of your space to do an initial assessment which will allow us to begin to generate ideas for your space. We then create a project brief outlining the deliverables and requirements.
Stage 2 – Design Vision
- With the agreed brief, we work with you to form the vision of the key areas including building mood boards with suggested imagery and 2D sketch layouts of key areas. We then prepare the design vision document for your approval.
Stage 3 – Concept & Design Development
– Following your feedback we begin the the design vision stage, enabling us to develop a detailed scope of works.
– We will prepare 2D and *3D sketches (if required) of key design features and rooms as well as do more research in to furniture and furnishings. At the end of this stage, we will give you a full specification and transparent budget for your confirmation.
– Once agreed we will proceed to the detailed design stage where we create technical drawings, specification of the furniture and finishes, and design bespoke joinery in collaboration with kitchen specialists, joinery, lighting and AV technology.
Stage 4 – FF&E Procurement (fixtures, fittings & equipment)
– As an experienced interior design team, we have relationships with a wide variety of supplier contacts, allowing us to hand pick bespoke products, off-the-shelf pieces, antiques & artwork. This ensures the procurement process is reliable and that delivery is on time, items are undamaged, and every item price is checked and reviewed with you.
Stage 5 – Design Co-ordination & Completion
– We provide an Interior Design coordination service throughout the construction and installation stages of the project. We liaise with external consultants, contractors and suppliers. This stage can help to reduce costs, delays and disruption that can be caused by problems on site.

What do you love most about your job?
We are housemakers who aim to create distinct, carefully crafted, architecture and interiors in the countryside, the town, in the UK and internationally. We love what we do; creating details, using light and materials to make a space the sensory and tactile environment it should be for our clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
With a combined industry experience working for some of the most reputable interior design and architecture studios, Samin and Christopher joined together to form Studio November to create distinct spaces for our clients.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Studio November is continuing to work whilst adhering to government guidelines. Wherever possible, communications will take place over the telephone, FaceTime or via email. To ensure new projects can commence, initial meetings will be held on site as long as social distancing recommendations can be maintained.
