Stretton Hotel Blackpool

There’s nothing at all I could recommend about this venue I would not recommend anyone to get married here especially after giving feedback the took weeks to respond and didn’t seem to care about ruining our wedding day at all shamble Food is disgusting staff clueless no staffing and the attitude they give when they talk so highly of themselves is poor I wouldn’t even give this venue a 1 star

Took my Mother for festive afternoon tea but unfortunately they had no Mulled wine which was a disappointment. and I did request no butter on the sandwiches but guess what... they arrived with it on.

We have our monthly meetings here and have over 50 guests. The bedrooms are super and the breakfasts are great. Feeding 50|Plus people is no mean feat ! The food is always great and the staff can’t do enough for us. We also have a golf tournament here once a year which is superb too :) the staff are amazing and can’t do enough for us :) and it’s great value too More...

Lovely venue. We were there for son and daughter in laws wedding. Rooms fabulous and very clean and up to date. We had a buffet which was excellent. Lovely for photographs too.

Really nice hotel. Spotless modern and welcoming. Evening meal was beautiful Bedroom spacious and bed clean and comfy. Nice bathroom with a hot shower. Great staff throughout. Two tiny moans.. not much in the way of toiletries- just the basics and the cooked breakfast while tasty was again on the basic side. Would happily stay again and recommend it to others. More...

We had a great day at Thomas and Nicole's wedding. My wife and I are Thomas's great aunt and uncle. All the family and friends looked lovely the venue is a fantastic place for a wedding it was dressed beautifully in the room for the wedding and reception afterwards. The staff were lovely and the atmosphere and entertainment was brilliant. We all enjoyed the meal and the supper had a few drinks. Had a great day and night at the oak royal. It was my wife and I 's great nephew Thomas and Nicole's wedding. Every thing was fantastic, all the family and friends looked lovely. The venue was amazing and the atmosphere and entertainment brilliant. We all enjoyed the meal and had a good night, I also enjoyed the supper, maybe I had one too many G&T's but it was brilliant. Also found the rooms to be very nice with a lovely bathroom and comfy bed, the oak royal is a lovely place for a wedding and to stay I would highly recommend it to anyone. Stayed at Oak Royal Hotel for two nights for a family wedding (the wedding was not at the hotel) staff friendly and efficient, room was comfortable and clean, we had food in the restaurant in the evening which was very nice and breakfast both mornings was also very nice.
