Stretford Martial Arts

It was fantastic training at Stretford Martial Arts. I've learned so much during my time there, and feel like I've improved both physically and mentally. The overall atmosphere is very relaxed and accepting, especially for beginners. I started with the Krav Maga classes, but the mix with Kickboxing turned out to be the perfect recipe to nail down the basics. It was exactly what I was looking for!Patrick deeply cares about the community and gives back whereever he can. The free Sunday Krav Maga sessions in particular were always very fun to attend, and a great opportunity for some accessible practice.I 100% recommend! Patrick and the team at Stretford Martial Arts have changed our lives! After lock down, like many parents, I was worried about my kids spending too much time at home on screens, I wanted a physical activity that would interest them and keep them engaged. We feel so luck to have found Stretford Martial Arts, after the first session they were hooked! They love their twice weekly kickboxing lessons and free Krav Maga sessions, the instructors are knowledgeable, caring and inspirational, they teach the kids to be powerful both physically and mentally and to show respect to each other, all whilst having fun. We all look forward to Tuesday’s and Thursday’s, both kids are much stronger and I’ve noticed I worry less about their safety. We highly recommend Stretford Martial Arts. More...

I've been training one and one with Patrick for 1 year I think. my daughter 2 years. but at first this something I've always wanted to do. I had low confidence plus cause of my religion. he's very respectable Patrick is amazing pushing me and out my comfort zone. More...

Fantastic teachers!!The teachers have great understanding and ethos of martial arts but also an outstanding pedagogical approach with the students. Resilience, discipline, self esteem and confidence,feeling of achievement and joy are all the feelings my daughters's sensei has inspired them with.Despite their coordination difficulties they have enjoyed and improved their skills weeks after weeks.We feel very privileged to have found this club.
