Marius did our build when we wanted a room up in the loft space. I was a bit concerned about how long it might take and the mess it might make. I needn't have worried. Marius and his team were diligent and reliable. They arrived every morning at the same time and worked through till they left. I was amazed at the speed and thoroughness of their work. They entered off the scaffolding through the roof and constructed the room in just over 2 weeks. It was dusty when they broke through the ceiling to put the stairs in but it was much less messy than I expected. Then it was onto finishing the job with plastering, electrics, plumbing and decorating etc. The room is fantastic and is much higher than I anticipated. Marius can be trusted to get on without supervision but he asked questions when he needed to confirm for placement of sockets, radiators etc. I was very impressed and feel very lucky that we found him. Marius from Stanlofts undertook a hip-to-gable loft conversion and new roof for us about 6 months ago. I can't say enough good things about the space, but more importantly the person. At every stage, Marius was professional and diligent, completing everything on time and to a high standard, while being flexible enough to accommodate minor changes to our original plan as they came up. 6 months on the space is great with no problems despite some pretty difficult winter weather (2023-2024). Marius is also very personable, trustworthy, and easy to work with. He has a lot of good ideas and knows the industry well.
