Simon is by far the best Personal Trainer I've worked with. His sessions are always personalised and fun - no two sessions are the same. Simon identifies weaknesses and has the ability to rectify them - for every time I've said I can't do something in the same session he works on it and proves me wrong. I very quickly felt at ease with Simon and I feel my strongest since I've started training with him. He's always on hand with tips and always explains clearly how and why I should do certain exercises. Simon is also great at supporting me outside of the gym with fitness and nutrition guides, and on hand to motivate me. I'd highly recommend Simon & Stacksfit! More...

I have been training with Simon of Stacksfit for the past 6 months. My husband originally introduced me to him and indeed he also still trains with Simon and I have not looked back. Simon also trains my two young sons. He trains my entire family!

Simon is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession. The sessions are fun, he mix the exercises so there are always something new to learn.

I particular like Simon's boxing skills. I want to box like him!

I would recommend Simon of Stacksfit. I aim to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with his help for a long time to come.

Simon is the best PT you can get. He's super competent and professional, friendly and inspiring. Simon always comes up with new exercises so you don't even notice how hard you train. And he is a brilliant box-trainer if you like a challenge. We started 4 months ago and he is training the whole family. I love training with Simon. I've always found gyms overwhelming but with Simon has been able to show me an approach that makes it less intimidating. I have worked with PT's before that seem to just have a set routine they roll out, with Simon I feel I have a very personalised plan as we are always assessing and adapting to make sure I reach my goals-even if I am always changing them!! Through a simple conversational consultation, I identify what the clients goals are exactly, and create a path to them navigating around any obstacles that may be in the way. This is the best way to achieve and maintain measurable results.

We are the sum of our habits, so changing behaviours and replacing them with goal aligned ones is the secret to easy transformations that will last forever!

I love transferring skills and knowledge to other people, it's my passion! The only thing I love more than that is to motivate people into having that same passion!

I remember being clueless about boxing, diet, training alot of things really, then slowly accumulating all the knowledge I needed to reach my goals. I remember alot of bad and alot of good advice and information along the way, and had to sort through it all through personal experience. It was a natural move to use this gained experience to save people the heartache, and get them their goals, not a bad way to make a living.

I'm very experienced and knowledgeable as well as passionate about my craft, I'm also an excellent teacher who can be flexible with all learning styles. I'm able to deliver effective sessions with measurable results, in a fun and engaging format.

Face to face sessions are the best, but I offer online sessions using video calling as well as bespoke programming for drills, exercises and programs.

We make sure to keep the gym and the equipment hygienic and germ free.
