Psychotherapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy- I offer treatment for depression, generalised anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), health anxiety, social anxiety and specific phobias (including agoraphobia and claustrophobia). All psychotherapy sessions are offered online using the VSee App.
