Excellent service. Friendly, professional and reliable. We had secondary glazing installed in Eastbourne and despite the distance, Daniel arrived promptly on two occasions, fitted with no fuss, was great company, couldn't be more helpful and even gave me a free tube of acoustic sealant, truly excellent service and a great product (Stadip Silence). Unfortunately, a crack developed in one panel and to their credit, within an hour of me informing them Sarah called me back to arrange for a new panel to be manufactured and installed within a couple of weeks.
