AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, Thats all they care about!! Didn’t get my full refund.

They don’t offer refunds as per their policy. They didn’t make themselves clear enough. I didn’t get £1000 of my money back. They just kept the money for their own benefit. As a customer there was no proof of order placed, no proof of why the money was kept and also they DO NOT EMAIL YOU BACK AT ALL (they avoid at all costs to email you as they usually say ‘they can’t email you’ with no valid reasoning).
I placed an order with them and spoke to Saika who said ‘they’ll place the order on hold’ and only when I confirm will go ahead and I should let her know within 24 hours (whereas their website says 48 hours hold policy after this point no refund). So I had informed her within the 24 hours but she said I still cannot cancel the order and she tried everything to make me take the order. Bare in mind I have not shopped for bridal wear before. They said they absolutely cannot refund me the money at all as they started to make the outfit already, which again was odd as I informed them not to start making it until I let them know within 24 hours, so everything Saika said was not true about placing it on hold initially. I asked for proof of placing the order and proof of cancellation of order to get more information on the dates but they could not provide this again as they cannot email anything across. After weeks go by all they could do was refund me back £1500 out of the £2500 paid with no real explanation of why they can’t refund me the rest (even though I them informed within 24 hours). How could they have bought materials and started making the outfit within that time frame!!

This money wouldn’t affect them at all but as a customer has made a huge impact in my budget and life to even get this amount. I had to go in and get the £1500 refund with still no real proof of why I cannot get the rest of the £1000 back! Saika had a smirk on her face which was unprofessional and rude and still could not answer any of my questions and asked me to come back again as they still could not email me back. I work in the NHS and I know what its like to ensure satisfaction for the customer and this was the complete opposite. To date I have received no emails at all (including none with any proof of placing the order/cancellation, poor customer service and satisfaction, no material, no proof of where the extra £1000 was going towards and reasoning of why it cannot be refunded and therefore not getting my full money back (even though their policy states different). I actually have never been so stressed and disappointed with a service and would completely RECOMMEND YOU AVOID SHOPPING HERE AT ALL COSTS. I would have rather my money go to charity for good use rather than be kept in someones pocket with no reasoning or care for their customers. More...

I came across Sonas as I was in need of a sherwani very last minute as another tailor had ruined my initial one. I came on Sunday at 14:00 and they were able to tailor one off the rack ready for me at 14:00 the next day. There was a lot of intricate work on the outfit and the tailor (who is in-house) did an amazing job. Fit first time and finish was impeccable. And to top it off the service provided by Saika throughout was top notch. She guided us through the options and made knowledgable suggestions based on what we were looking for and a scarf we wanted to have the outfit match with. Sonas created a beautiful one-of-a-kind saree as my wedding dress, based on a simple photo that I had, plus a really helpful chat about what I was looking for and her advice on what would suit me best, colours, adjustments to the style for me, all based within my budget. Then Sona and the team, especially Syka and Keena, were amazing at keeping me updated with how it was going and eta. Once I got the saree back, they were super helpful again with showing me different ways to wear it (this is my first saree) and made me feel really comfortable. Terrible experience. They only let you try on 3 bridal outfits altogether because, in the sales assistants words, they “sell the sample items on, so they don’t want them to get worn out”. I’ve never heard anything more cheap and ridiculous in my life, especially as when bridal wear starts from £2k. Awful and unfriendly shop atmosphere.
