Thank you so much for baking the delicious and very beautiful "Princess Tårtor" for us. They were a lovely addition to our party and added that Swedish touch to the event. The cakes were a generous size and all 80 guests had a good slice and a bit more - everyone loved the cakes and it was such fun to have something different to offer. The whole process of communicating, ordering and you delivering to the venue was so smooth and very comforting when organising a party. I can't recommend you highly enough. I bought this celebration Smörgåstårta for a family party - it was an instant success as they were delicious and tasted as good as they looked.
Also as we lived in Sweden for some time the authentic flavours and beautiful presentation brought back lots of happy memories. Don’t worry if you need to take one to a celebration, the packaging survived a 200 mile journey :)

We recently had a house full and I ordered two of these lovely cakes for our dinner. One chicken and one meat one. It was a bit of a last minute order, but was no problem and they were delivered to my door!
I have to say everyone loved them. They were delicious and looked very impressive on the table.

What’s your signature dish?
I make Swedish Sandwich Cakes.
Smörgås Tårta is eaten at private parties, corporate events weddings and funerals or any time you want to feed people something substantial without any work.
The basic idea is to make a huge sandwich, cover it with more filling and decorate it, then cut it like a cake and eat it by the slice. These cakes are meant to be served instead of a meal, the portions are large and filling.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have discussion regarding setting, event and expected outcome.
What do you love most about your job?
All the OMG that is amazing and WOW is another favorite as it is unusual and very, very tasty.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have cooked all my life and I am a foodie. One day I had made some of these cakes o bring them to the office for a corporate event. We needed to feed our new clients something impressive and tasty but we had no space for preparation.
Everyone went mad, I knew then I had found my "thing" and I have not looked back.
