Awesome! so much fun, we are all like big kids running round a playground, oh and how we laugh, only class ive ever kept to, wish i had time to attend another one in the week.

Amanda keeps us on our toes, never know what to expect as she varies the exercises weekly. Always good fun and I'm definitely feeling the benefits, would highly recommend Smart Fit.

Ok so it's the new year and my wife and friend went for their first session and said how good it was. Wow what can I say if like me you're not a fan of gyms then this is for you. it's great fun, lots of laughter carrying out lots of different exercises all aimed at a whole body work out. Fantastic! I hate the gym, ive pulled things in yoga, this is perfect for me, the hour goes so quick, and im surprised how quick i seem to be firming up, fun, laughs and Amanda is great.

I have been going to Amandas total body blast on a Tuesday and having personal training sessions for the last few weeks now. I can honestly say she is the best at making you enjoy working out. We always have such a giggle and tonight we worked out to The Vengaboys! I can highly recommend Smart Fitt and Amanda :) my only regret.....is that we didn't find her sooner! More...

Have attended each class all but prime time,also attend a 1 to 1 session each week.The classes are great fun and full of everyday people who I have found all very friendly so don't be nervous of trying something new! Myself & Charlotte attending Bootcamp tonight at the Leisure Centre at 19:00 & we both thoroughly enjoyed the class. It was our first Bootcamp & we were made to feel very welcome & at ease. It was a good mix of cardio & bodyweight exercise & Amanda gave alternatives to increase or decrease difficulty. Each station was demonstrated so we knew what we were doing. Smart Fitt We were looking for a way to improve our health and well-being together and decided to have PT sessions with Amanda at Smart Fitt. After initial assessments we are now working through our own personal training plans with constant encouragement from Amanda. We also complete joint exercises that allow some level of competition, but always in a focused environment, although we do have the odd collapsing in laughter moments. I attend the Total body blast and Bootcamp sessions on a Tuesday and Thursday evening. I have also recently completed my first Triathlon, finishing 12th overall.
