Earlier this year I injured my shoulder skiing and had real difficulties using that arm day to day. After making little progress with a physiotherapist at work, I started to see Chris at Sanderstead. Chris was able to make an immediate difference. I had a tear in a tendon which is quite a slow healing injury. I continued to see Chris over the course of the summer and I saw steady improvements throughout that time. I've now fully recovered.Chris is very friendly and clearly extremely knowledgeable about his profession. He is happy to talk through the details of what is actually going on with your injury - this helped me to realise the importance of doing the exercises that he recommended, and also to have faith that my shoulder would heal in time.I would recommend Chris to anybody and will definitely return if I'm injured again. Had a really painful lower back. Booked here after calling Bupa who suggested physio after a telephone evaluation. Chris was really great with the treatment and his suggested exercises worked miracles in relieving pain.

Following six weeks physio on the NHS a few years ago with very limited results, I noticed that Sanderstead Physiotherapy had opened up on the corner of Glossop Road.
