This might well be my new favourite place. Fantastic, spa facilities, including 3 different saunas, a steam room, experience shower, foot spa, outdoor hot tub and seating area with beautiful rural views and indoor relaxation room. I had a back massage and glass of prosecco included in the package too - my therapist was just wonderful. I am very ticklish and usually avoid massages, but she applied just the right amount of pressure and put me at ease. The location is beautiful - so peaceful and tranquil. I didn't want to leave! Fantastic place. Really well set up. And so relaxing. Treatments where amazing and my Wife loved her facial treatment. And the massage I had really sorted out all the tension and knots that I had. The Mud room was a new and unique experience. and I would defo do that again. Absolutely loved this gorgeous place nestled in our own beautiful village. What a stunning location and a matching venue. We went on vouchers expired but this was not a problem . I can’t really quote any particular favourite as the whole experience was first class. We can’t wait to book again but with our husbands and for a weekend of pure indulgence! We received a warm welcome by the hosts. They gave us a full tour of the premises and explained what everything was and how it all works. We had two hours using the Spa facilities and then an hour having a massage and facial. We were so relaxed afterwards. Arrival times are staggered which meant we had a changing room to ourselves while we got ready. I can honestly say this is the best Spa Day I’ve ever had 😄 More...

Booked for my daughters 18th something for us to do together, we had a wonderful morning. Amazing massage followed by the relaxation room laid on a giant luxury bean bag, could have stayed there for the rest of the session, glad we didn’t though as the Thermal Suite was fantastic, topped off by sitting in the hot tub outside surrounded by the beautiful views. We will be back.

Just back from an amazing weekend for my Daughters Hen Party. We booked all the accommodation & would highly recommend any of the cottages & farmhouse. The standard of accommodation was excellent & the gardens & surrounding area are beautiful. The spa facilities were excellent, beautifully decorated maintained & included many different different experiences. The staff were friendly & professional with everything well organised. The decking area with hot tub & comfortable seating area had beautiful views. Overall the spa was an amazing addition to our weekend staying at the beautiful cottages. More...

What an amazing place! Fell in love with small shaw! The service the treatment and the overall place. We booked the perfect bubble and We were a little disappointed when they had to change out treatment when we got there and meant we were in separate rooms However I had a full body massage and it was incredible , The lovely masseuse managed to sort out a problem in my shoulder Iv had for 7 years ! We were shown around and hadn’t our drinks in the hot tub to start then we’re left to try out all the amazing things they had, not going to post many photos and I don’t want to spoil it but just ones of the view to get a feel for the place! Stayed at The Farmhouse and found the location wonderfully idyllic. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, as are the gardens and facilities on offer. Hosts, Jim and Mary are lovely, friendly people too. The spa is a fabulous addition and is very well appointed with lovely staff. Treatments are excellent too. Would definitely recommend a stay a Smallshaw if you are looking for a peaceful getaway which isn't too far from some lovely pubs and restaurants. More...
