My boyfriend and I purchased our first home together in April. We had been recommended Tony by a family member who had used his services a couple of years before and had been fab. Both my boyfriend and I were complete novices in knowing what need to be done to start the process but Tony come to our parents’ home at a time that was convenient to us and literally talked us through the whole process and advised us what we needed to do to get things started. He also recommend solicitors and help sort thing like insurance. As first time buyers in 2013, we couldn’t have found Tony any more helpful. Everything was explained meticulously and we were set up to buy our first home. In 2015 our first fixed term was up and again, Tony got us the best deal possible with our current provider. We’re due to review our end of fixed term next year and have every faith that it’ll be done in the same manner and wouldn’t use anybody else. Skylines referral scheme is also fantastic and the vouchers always come in handy (we’ve successfully referred two separate parties) and enjoyed spending the vouchers on our little one. Anthony took great care in learning about our unique situation and suggested a product that was even better than what we were initially thinking. Having made contact with over a dozen mortgage advisors, a friend of mine recommended Tony to me. He spent a good few hours on the phone with me before he even knew if he would ever earn any money from my case. I am self employed and getting a mortgage for me was no easy feat, plus I was a first time buyer and had absolutely no idea as to what it was all about. His patience is to be commended from my endless questions!It took a few years but in the end we made it with Tony's help and he has recently secured us with another excellent deal, so good in fact that he has done himself out of money in order to save it for me by getting us a smashing 5 year fixed rate. I would and do recommend Tony to anyone in need of mortgage advise, I wouldn't use anyone else.
