I've used Simran and SJ construction for 2 big jobs over a period of 6 months. In January he refurbished our kitchen and renovated our downstairs bathroom as well as replaced the entire house' doors and handles.
In August he renovated our 2 bathrooms upstairs.
We have used many builders in the last 20 years but Simran has been one of the smartest and approachable. He is dedicated and honest and works to a high standard. We will definitely use him for future jobs.

SJ Construction is the best builders I’ve come across in UK. They most reliable, punctual, trustworthy, very high standard performance, after care level is on top, no short cuts to any big/small jobs. Lots of good things to say about them. They done work at my house as if they are working for their own house. They left site every evening in clean. They cover all working area top to floor so all dust and mess stay in the working area. THEY PRICE THE JOB VERY REASONABLE. Very good builders. No regrets and they are all in one- fully skilled and use all good quality tools to do a perfect job. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
