Chakras are energy centres through-out the body and when they are out of balance this affects our being, emotions and well-ness.
Chakra Balancing is a form of energy healing that focuses on channelling energy into the seven chakras. When we talk about treating chakras we are referring to treating your energetic body. There are 7 main energy centres or chakras that run along the spine:
1. Root Chakra – Sits at the base of your spine..
2. Sacral Chakra– Two inches below your navel
3. Solar Plexus Chakra – three inches above your navel
4. Heart Chakra – at the heart
5. Throat Chakra – at the throat
6. Third Eye Chakra – in the middle of the eyebrows
7. Crown Chakra – top of the head

The experience during a chakra treatment will vary with some experiencing an emotional release during or after the treatment. The aim is to leave you feeling completely relaxed and refreshed with a great sense of calm and over-all well-being. This is a perfect treatment for someone going through anything significant in their life or for anyone wanting to maintain balance, wellbeing and energetic health.

Cosmic ordering is asking the universe for something you desire or wish for and then manifesting it.
It can be used to ask for anything so long as it does not bring harm to anyone or interferes with someone else’s path in life. It can bring two people together but will not make one fall in love if that is not their path.
It can be used to ask for relationships, jobs, a house, health, wealth, in fact anything. You must have a positive mindset. It will not work if you doubt, you will kill the process. I have helped people find houses and husbands using this method!
There are three key parts to its success in my experience
1. Being very careful and explicit in the details of what you are asking for. Sometimes you get the things you didn’t mention. This is where I will support you in fine tuning your order.
2. Sending your order to the cosmos. By visualisation, sending it out to sea, writing it down and burning it…
3. Keeping your order active and alive with positivity and energy. The manifest stage.

Sound baths are simply meditation to music. During a sound bath you make yourself comfortable, often with a pillow and blanket and simply relax, allowing the sounds and vibrations to “bathe” or wash over you.
I use a beautiful healing Sideral Moon gong, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, hapi drum, Koshi chimes and drums among other instruments.
People report feeling a profound sense of relaxation, peace and tranquility during a session.
Each instrument creates its own frequency which helps guide you to a meditative state. These sound waves are known to trigger the creation of theta brain waves, which are associated with deep relaxation and healing.
Sound baths are not new, although many people have not heard of them. The origins start in in the age of the ancient Greeks when sound frequencies were often used to treat various health ailments, including indigestion, mental disturbance, and insomnia.
