Joe and Ben installed a pond in my quite small garden. They worked tirelessly to produce exactly what I wanted; a place where I could relax and enjoy the wonderful planting and the increased evidence of wildlife. Waisted 3 weeks of my time waiting for the call back…. Spoke to the company to get the design and start work and had a text they they can come out, I advised it was my wedding day and they said we will call you next week to reschedule. Didn’t call back. I called them again and been promised someone will call to arrange a visit on the week that just gone, and again no sigh of them. After two days trying to get in touch I just gave up. Such a shame that customers been fooled around and such poor communication. Eventually they called back with excuses of delay in work because of the weather ( which in my view is perfect time to create design for new customers) and many more. Ben and Joe created me a beautiful wildlife pond which has been a joy to watch develop. I would definitely recommend them as reliable and hardworking guys. Thank you Shade!

Delivered to Ben and joe today another load of stone from mid wales 2 very nice guys and they shown me their work on current project wow 🤩 absolutely stunning Ben even took time to explain to me how everything worked he very knowledgeable and answered some of my probably simple questions about the filter systems of the pond if your thinking of having anything done don’t hesitate get on to these guys. Phoned, left messages and also spoke to members of Shade Landscapes. Finally spoke to a lady who had been away on holiday. Was hoping someone would visit and look at my pond to discuss options and provide a quote. However was told that my job was too small and their company deals with larger projects. More...
