How long have you been in business?
35 Years i have been a property developer, i have constructed over 100 properties in the UK on my own and around 10 for private clients , 3 of which in the last 3 years
What guarantee does your work come with?
6 months standard
2 years on new build
Extended warranties by NHBC or LABC from year 2-10 on new builds
What do you love most about your job?
I love being creative and working with customers to achieve their dreams, with low overheads and vast experience we are positioned correctly to be able to offer the highest stardards at affordable prices
What inspired you to start your own business?
I built my 1 st house on my own at 19, i am now 52 and have always worked for myself, i am determined and have OCD which i use to my advantage on my customers properties, this drives me making clients into friends
Why should our clients choose you?
I built my 1 st house on my own at 19, i am now 52, i have built upto 21 houses on my own, meaning i am the property developer, i have travelelled but want to use my skills on local properties to create, my first house back then sold for £238,000
It still look great today as do all my properties, i am well travelled and connected and pass on this to my clients , in effect i can build at a higher quality then most at much more affordable prices, this i am very proud of

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During COVID we only worked on 2 properties and to keep safe only one trade was permitted in the property at the time, natually this delayed completion but kept all concerned safe
