We had a really bad experience with serene bathrooms. We were promised a stress free install with a team of experienced bathroom fitters.
The reality was what should off been a 2 week install ran over by 6 weeks leaving us without a bath and we have 2 very young children not ideal. the so called team we found out were sub contractors they had found on gumtree. The end result has left us with a bathroom that doesn't work properly, bad tiling and bad plastering.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Joe always wanted to have his own company and Lucy always loved the designs Joe made. Lucy has always been good with customers so it was a no brainer and have made a great team ever since
