How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
If the garage is to be made into a habitable room the client would need Building Regulations. We would need to check current insulation in walls or floor (if any) to see if they meet current building regulations. Planning may be needed if an existing garage door is being changed into a window.
